FNB LIFE NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I will like to bring to everyone's attention that FNB LIFE STAFF MEMBERS have no knowledge about their products. Please don't take out any policy with them as they don't know their products

I was given a life cover policy and was told that its possible to add a funeral benefit for my family on it. So as a result I cancelled my funeral cover I had with them since 2017. so till today everytime I ask for an updated schedule I its not updated it only shows the life cover and not the funeral benefit for my family.

Now my question is I now have to wait for the next 6 months again in order for me to benefit from this funeral cover coz I had to open a new funeral cover now. how fair is that? God Forbit if anything happens to any of my family before the 6 months then what? I will still be sitting without a cover
