FNB LIFE NOT MADE PAYMENT AGAIN AND EFFECTING CREDIT RATING

I am unemployed FNB Life is paying my credit card however every single month I am having problems with late payments and it has effected my credit score as well as I get late payment fees on my credit card. I am disgusted in this and they cannot advise that it is because of review as they pay my loan monthly on time every month.... My credit card is suppose to be paid by the 26th monthly and yet still waiting now I get sms and calls I do not need this stress when you unemployed and struggling to feed your child as it is. I need this to be paid today., When I called last week I was advised that there were notes on the system to advise that the payment needs to be made by the 26th and yet still not. I was also advised that the payment was scheduled to be paid on the 30th however again it is the 1st and nothing. I am disgusted in this service.

So now the payment has been made but due to late payments fees had been added to my credit card and now I cannot access the money as the FNBLIFE have short paid the claim so I am not able to buy food for my child.

So I see payments have been made to my credit card however I am still not able to use the credit card. My card is with the collections department due to the late payments this has happened every month and need this sorted out IMMEDIATELY this is not treating customers fairly when this is due to your negligence yet once again. I need this money to feed my child.

Now have been told that my credit card in in arrears by R5100 this is due to late payments ect as FNB Life just pay the amount and dont care about the late payment fees and additional interest ect due to late payments. I am now not able to access my credit card and this is due to no error on my part.
