FNB life not deducted!!

My mortgage protection plan premium goes off every Month with my home loan payment. However, in March FNB only deducted my Home loan payment. I called FNB life on the 1st of April at 11:10am and i spoke to Francinah who advised me that the issue will be resolved. FNB is telling me that the policy will lapse if i miss two payments but i have money in my account for a deduction to go through successfully!!!
