FNB Life - not cancelling my policy.

FNB - LIFE insurance. I took up new life insurance in NOV last year, and cancelled my policy at this time. They still take money form my account every month. I will phone, cancel, and through my advisor do the same - they take the money every month. I stopped the DEBIT ORDER - and they still take money from my account. Phoning the call centre is another adventure!! I got transferred so many times, and could not complete this request. How is this fair? FNB - if you see this, I hope you contact me and solve this.
