FNB LIFE - NON PAYMENT ON POLICY - SHOCKING SERVICE

I have been in contact with FNB Life since the 28th September due to non payment on my credit card since I am UNEMPLOYED, I have URGENT tests that need to be done for heart problems and need this money to get them done, I keep getting told we will escalate it, however still no payment.... I have had a sms to say the payment has been approved however no payment made this is terrible being unemployed is hard enough you do not need this extra stress every month I have issues with this payment. but they quick to take the payment for the premium. I pay the credit life for a reason. This is the most TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BANK. I have nothing but issues. I am now waiting for over 1 week not being able to breath properly and no one seems to care. This payment is overdue so have collections sms and call me as well add to my stress...... the CREDIT POLICY NUMBER IS CC05CR54
