FNB LIFE No Service available

I have this mortgage protection plan on my housing finance, so I have been retrenched from my work, and this policy has a retrenchment cover. So I submitted a claim on the 23/09/2020, till date I have not received any feedback on my claim, been calling since last week everyday, and all that they say they are going to escalate it and that someone will call me back before end of business day. That story they tell me everyday, and still cant get any answers from them, its almost a month later and my claim is still not finalize.
