FNB Life - no response
Despite my approved claim, FNB Life deducted another monthly instalment. I logged the call with them on 2 August and have been asking for urgent feedback but yet again, no response from FNB Life.

12 Aug 2019, 12:38FNBlife tried to phone me once on Thursday, unfortunately, I was not available to take the call. They sent an email to which I responded. Still, no response from them, it's mid-day on Monday. I am so disappointed.
