FNB Life mortgage protection plan not being paid!!!

I am so tired of financial services companies not being available in times of need. It's okay to take our money but when we need service, they're conveniently absent. I have a mortgage protection plan designed to pay my bond if I am retrenched, which happened end of Feb. They paid one month and then decided to stop paying and now I cannot get in touch with anyone at FNB Life. They have an answering service only, and they're not responding to emails. So exactly why am I paying for an insurance product when I do not get the benefit of the product?
