FNB Life (Mortgage Protection Plan)

I have been granted a bond from FNB. Part of the grant included FNB Life cover. Life cover is compulsory. I have been contacted by the Life department, went through all the questions, Ts & Cs etc. I received an email with everything attached, was told to complete and return. When I responded to the email with a question, I was told not to complete the forms, that FNB Life would send me them. The lady I was dealing with contacted FNB life and came back to me saying she was waiting for feedback from them. When I emailed her today regarding this I received no response. Now I am waiting for the contract, the transferring attorneys need this as well. This is holding up the process.
