FNB Life is uselesz

Fnb life/credit - a load of nonsense! Initially submitted claim for loss of income and credit life in April 2020 resubmitted the application in September 2020 FNB has now been escalating my application for over 8 weeks late in 2021... 7 days to process an application what a joke! More like 18months with no results.. Every time I call the help desk they can't help except for escalate the matter that has been escalated 100 times manager is always in a meeting and there's no way of getting into direct contact with the person assessing the file.. FNB how can u help me? Sort out my claims!!!!!
