I hope you are well. This review is sent with ultimate concern and frustration. From March 2023 I have called on numerous occasions on behalf of my father to change banking details and on those occasions the consultants have assured us that the banking details have changed however my father is still receive messages to use the policies will lapse due to non-payment.
