Fnb Life is terrible

I app**** for a claim with FNB Life since October due to retrenchment and they have received all relevant documents and confirmations yet have failed to provide feedback regarding the claim. I have sent numerous emails without any response. I’m genuinely aggrieved because there is no sense of urgency and zero communication from them.
