FNB Life is nothing but a **** to take your money!
After being retrenched, my debt protection policy has been declined even though I have comp**** with everything that was requested, my company even sent through a letter stating that I was forced to take voluntary retrenchment, my role was made redundant.
You clearly do not give a flying continental about me. But you are more than happy to take 3 years of premiums from me.
I want my premiums paid back in full and to cancel my policy immediately. Your customer service is shocking! I have phone daily and emailed Ntswaki Chukudu numerous times without response.
I am sorry that I ever chose to be an FNB client. You suc****!
