FNB Life is killing me slowly with stress.

Onve again a debit was taken from my account for something that is supposed to be deducted oj the 31st of January. Why FNB Life do you provide the option for me to change a date but then you still debit whenever you feel like it. My debit is supposed to go off on the 31st, not today. Please refund my money. I think it's time to look for a different insurer.
