FNB life insurance policy is a waste of money!

I was retrenched en of Feb 2020. I've taken out this policy in 2017 and payments where made every month. I've been with FNB since 2011 and this is what I get... absolutely no help. did i waste my money one a bogus policy? Why does it not cover credit cards or anything other than a small loan??? A loan which I took out long after my policy was active? I took this policy to ensure I will be ok in a time of crisis seems like FNB is helping me turing my crisis into A BIGGER CRISIS not to even mention that they tried to deduct another debit order for the policy which resulted in a R120 fee for not going through.
