FNB LIFE INSURANCE DISGUST

I have never recieved help from FNB timeously without fighting or complaining about them. I'm starting to think that they get paid to make my life miserable.

I sent the department of life cover(insurance) 2 months ago after calling them for two months and speaking to multiple consultants who promised that the issue will be resolved. My only option kow is the FAIS OMBUDSMEN. They just blue ticked my complaint like I was nothing. I've had this policy for years and now they want it to lapse intentionally because they've disconnected it multiple times on each account,they've reinstated and promised to debit the provided account number.

All I get is sms' stating that the policy is over due due to payments kot recieved. As to where they are trying to collect the money, I really don't know. I've lost all faith in this bank. For their charges, this is disgusting service. FNB's consultants are a bunch of ***** with no integrity at all.
