FNB Life Insurance Debt Protection a ****

FNB Life Insurance is the worst insurance i have ever encountered. Lodged a claim on my FNB app now 35 days ago. A consultant phoned me requested i send statements id and a letter from my auditor. No application form or any information on why i am claiming. 35 days later after lodging a formal complaint to FNB my claim was rejected. Debt protection plan was rejected on grounds i was receiving a income which was not the case. When you loose your income which happened with the lockdown and you have insurance covering your debt, it is a terrible feeling that when you claim you have been been paying for many years for nothing. FNB life insurance service is a disgrace and a total ****. If any money was payed into your account even savings transferred from your FNB savings account to pay your debit orders they regard it as an income? What a Disgrace FNB
