FNB Life Insurance claim

I and my late wife took mortgage bond June 2013 under FNB however when my wife passed on 05 January 2021. I recently contacted FNB telephonically on 17 September 2024 inquiring if the house can be settle by the FNB Life Insurance but was sent from pillar to post been told my wife’s name isn’t reflecting from the system or deed. My statements it reads: Dear Mr & Mrs Masibi copy attached.
