FNB Life Insurance

Good day my bad experience is with FNB Life Insurance deducting my premium from my Nedbank account. The call centre advised me to change banks because they were experiencing problems with Nedbank. My problem started at the beginning of 2024 and is still ongoing. Who is going the take responsibility if my policy collapses due to non-payment?
