FNB Life Insurance

I'm so much disappointed Fnb life insurance. I lodged a claim on the 8th of June 2020 but I did get any feed back up until I strike at the branch told them I'm not leaving until I get sorted out they only got back to me in August which is more than a month, then on the 04th was called by collections they wanted to know why I have not paid had to explain that I was still waiting for my claim fro. The insurance only to find out was declined because they say I was dismissed from work. I find these unfair because I still have a case with the Ccma insurance should be paying for me until proven guilty but no they just rejected me. And again on the 21 st of July 2020 also tried to apply for covid 19 payment holiday was told that once it's done the wont be ant debit order for atleast 3months but they still debuting me from my account.Fnb life insurance has been so stressful to me not helpful at all. After making all the necessary arrangements still they send me an SMS telling me that there will be sending an Evaluator.
