FNB Life Insurance and FNV FICA departments not linking to one another

I have been pro FNB for years and years. FNB is supposed to have superior IT systems, but not between their FICA department and their Life Insurance department. I have been trying for more than a week to remove a beneficiary from my funeral cover. This did not work on my banking app. I called the insurance division and they said I must go to the branch and update my FICA status. I went to the bank on 24 August and spent almost 2 hours there is the FICA department could not get the life insurance department to "see" the FICA documents. I was then asked to send my ID and proof of residence to ***, which I did on 24 August. It is a week later and I still cannot remove an insured life. I am not prepared to pay for an insured life in September if I have been doing everything possible to have the insured life removed. I called FNB life insurance again today and the very friendly guy said he must chat to IT as there is clearly a problem. Indeed there is a big problem. I need this resolved today or be credited the additional amount.
