FNB Life Insurance

FNB Life Insurance has a bad service ever. My sister passed away on a car accident on the 13.11.2020, claimed her funeral and accidental policies on the 17th November only paid the funeral claimed after the burial. Till today I have not received a payment claim on the accidental cover, they are taking me from pillar to post saying the claim is with the accessor and I sent all the documents but they don't communicate or send an email on the update. Please think twice before taking accidental plan with FNB, the service is bad
