FNB Life incompetence

I have a life insurance policy on my credit card that covers the payments on my credit card in the event of my death, disability, dread disease and retrenchment. I have submitted a claim months ago when I was retrenched and after being shuted pillar to post and submitting every document under the sun they still have not approved my claim. I am being harassed by FNB credit card department for payment whe their insurance is useless and clearly ***********.
