FNB Life Hospital Cover Most pathetic life cover stay away
My husband took out a hospital cash back plan with FNB Life. After a few months of paying on time as their debit orders are never late i was hospitalized on 3 occasions and my husband on one. When we tried to claim the fine print **** came out. At first we were told that you needed to be hospitalized more than 24hr eventually i fell sick and was hospitalized for almost 3 weeks in a row when submitting our next claims they suddenly needed more documents of which we submitted but every time we try to find out what the hold up is they have the once excuse after the other. FNB Life is the most pathetic life/hospital covers i have came across. They ******** hard working people out of their money and making profit while others suffer.
Every single report related to the claim admissions was sent through as requested. What the hold up is now that payment is due since we met all the qualifying criteria! Please stop taking from the less fortunate people that think they are making investments with their hard earned money. I am not keeping this pathetic sceam of a cover private. I am taking this further to the media if it means getting this claims processed and paid out as due to our qualifying criteria!!
