FNB Life - Hospital Cash back plan is a **** !!!

Was sold this policy as a Hospital cash back plan and after submitting a claim for my wife whom was hospitalized for almost two weeks FNB declined my claim after it took them a month to process, saying that MUELMED Hospital in Pretoria with a Rehab facility was the reason for Declining my claim as FNB does not cover rehabilitation hospitals.

Be very careful people this is a **** as FNB sells this as a Hospital cash back plan without disclosing the thousands of exclusions they use to not pay out.
