FNB Life Happens for - Debt temp relief is a lie

FNB is the worst bank when in a crisis. I've been unemployed for a few months and have been applying for relief since August on my FNB app, but I've never received any feedback. Instead of feedback regarding my request, I get phone calls harassing me about what I owe, which is surprising since I've tried so many times to apply, but I submit on the app and nothing happens. I even went to the FNB branch in Windermere and they put me on the phone with someone from the loans department who said they couldn't help me and told me to send an email, which I did, but still no answer. Day before yesterday, I received another call from FNB about my overdraft and when I told Cyril (the man who called me) about my issue, he checked and said that the notes on my account said I haven't sent my payslip, which I don't understand, because no one from Life Happens (which I just found out from Cyril that they handle the relief applications) has ever contacted me. He then suggested that I lodge a complaint, as I told him that as soon as I get another job I will cancel all my accounts with FNB, because I've been so disappointed in my time of need, when I've been a faithful client since 2013.
