Fnb life - funeral policy pay out
My brother passed away end of March and he had a funeral policy with Fnb and we are still waiting for it to be paid out. Numerous emails and phone calls and still nothing, been over a month since we submitted all the documents... Now hopefully something will get done.

14 Jun 2023, 11:12Someone has contacted me thank you, it has now been referred to the life dept so hopefully this matter will be handled asap as on your website it says funeral policies are paid out 48hrs, all info and required documents were sent.on 7 June my Sister Liz phoned to find out about the payment and as such still nothing...
