FNB LIFE FUNERAL POLICY IS A ****, DONT TAKE IT!!!

My uncle passed on the 13/05/21 and documents for his funeral policy were submitted on the 19/05/21. He is the policy holder and made my mother the beneficiary since it was deducted in her bank my uncle was unemployed. This is now the 2nd weekend passing and my uncle's body is still at the mortuary due to no payment nor communication from FNB. We call the *** number 3 times a day and get to be told that the claim is still sitting with the assessor that's all they can see from the system. We have lodged complaints and given reference numbers but still nothing has been heard from them. If we had any other means, we would've buried my uncle last weekend already but we are dependent on his funeral policy. Above all else, the stress this is causing to my mother is messing with her BP and she's been in-and-out of hospital, I dare that I lose her too! All that she wants is to lay her brother to rest, that is all!!!
