Fnb life funeral plan ****

Hello Peter I want to report my bank for FNB life funeral plan that I took with them and cancelled of R679 they have to refund me and they sending me from one pillar to post!!! This morning I recieved an SMS saying the money has been paid into my account still nothing !!! I want my money back !!!!!!
