Fnb life funeral cover

I took a policy with Fnb for funeral cover in 2018, May 31 2022 I sent an email request to cancel because I lost my job. Policy was canceled. Luckily I got a job starting from the 1st of July so I requested Fnb to reinstate my policy and they told they can't, I have to open a new one. Why the hell should I open a new policy because 30 days has not passed since I have canceled my policy ?? This is so pathetic, I just wanted to reinstate that policy I don't care about waiting periods or whatsoever. I'd rather take out another insurance instead of taking a new policy with Fnb it's so useless 🚮🚮🚮
