FNB Life - Funeral cover
The worst service ever from FNB Life - Funeral policy. Send all the documents through, but not even a return email or phone call. NARRA NOTHING. Called them internationally 9 times now and all I get to hear "will escalate" ..... no email, NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING. Is Funeral cover not supposed to assist with funeral costs? Well today its been 7 weeks since notifying FNB of the claim. Beyond shocking !!!!!
