FNB LIFE - Failing to comply with regulations

I'm so fed up of this bank, going around in circles. You increased my monthly payments without any notification of such. And you keep sending me an old schedule of my policy which still doesn't state the amount being debited or how much I'm now covered for. Honestly this is the last thing I need to worry about. I'm In hospital and now I need to worry about my insurance. This is really adding more stress.
