If there any changes on a policy there should be communication sent out by broker or insurer but I guess Fnb owe no one such. I fail to understand how you increase my monthly payments and not send out any communication and the worse part this is not the first time. Which rules and regulations are you guys following cause Its clear your level of compliance is not SA based. So annoyed and disappointed, every year with you guys it's some story.
