FNB Life dropped the ball

FNB Life has been giving me the runaround with a policy taken in 2004. After submitting a claim, I'm informed they can't find anything related to the claim.

It's worse when they tell me to call insurance houses when the document at hand carries their name, boldly. Please, if you're listening FNB, sort yourselves up.

I can't be running around on your behalf when you had no qualms running debit orders every month. The legwork should be yours. I'm just hoping you are giving your clients the treatment I'm receiving.
