Fnb life.. disgrace

In October after publishing a review on Hello Peter I was contacted by an employee who assisted me quite well. One of my concerns were sorted and im still left with one that has been approved but never paid. Even after receiving a notification that it would be paid my credit card still wasn't and is now in arrears. I made a manual payment . Below is communication from fnbCredit card

The claim was assessed and approved, however due to system issues, payment is not reflecting on the credit card as yet, matter escalated to the IT team again as well as the payments team to determine why the payments are not effected as yet
