FNB Life disaster

FNB life has been so ready to make a sale to me all these years. I took out a claim a while ago and now that I need it most in this pandemic, they’re taking well over a week to process a f****#g claim they say will take 24 hours to process.

Each person I call adds 2-3 WORKING days on to the turnaround time. I understand FNB is overloaded at the moment but my god. Sitting here without a job due to COVID 19, FNB is the closest shot I have at comfortably being able to afford rent and they can’t process a claim. Please sort yourselves out. At the end of lockdown I’m moving banks. Can’t stand a bank which doesn’t actually care.

Ps. Due to the public holidays next week, I am only going to see whether or not my claim is valid the week after. How long must I wait? Must I sell my car? Clothes? Jesus. This is unfair.
