FNB life disability claim-no action in 6 months

I need assistance with a Fnb Life disability claim. My husband has assisted me with this complaint. I had a severe stroke in March 2022.

I first logged a disability claim with Fnb on 12 Dec 2025. I have a reference on email however in January 2026 I checked and Fnb did not have a record of the claim. I then resubmitted on 17 Feb 2026 as Fnb still did not find the claim. I resubmitted all supporting docs as well as scans, medical reports, mri etc

On 2 March 2026 I received an email needing the last active day at work. Then I received another email on 10 March 26 to send through a motivation for the late claim. This was sent on 17 March 26 to Fnb.

All supporting docs except the employer form was submitted by Jan 2026.

After receiving a third email requesting outstanding documents for different reference numbers, I called and was informed on 29 April 26 that my application is being assessed and I asked that the assessor must call me back.

On 5 May 26 and 22 May 26 I received a further two emails requesting outstanding documents again. I have done this so many times. I have about 3 different reference numbers.

I am now at my wits end with Fnb. I am waiting for 6 months to finalize my disability claim for my Stroke. Calls to Fnb Life are meaningless and I have resorted to this platform to get feedback and assistance urgently. Please assist urgent to resolve this matter.
