Fnb life decides not to debit my account

Fnb life decides not to debit my account. Then says my policy is lapsed no phone calls nothing just an sms. Im the customer i have the policy for over a year now i dont want to cancel i need this reinstated. Fnb life can call me at 3pm daily or anytime after 4:45pm daily Thank you
