Fnb Life Debit order reversal

I have been trying to reverse debit order from Fnb LiFe via the app for over a month now when instructed on their Facebook page what steps to use and that it will take 10 days to receive feedback still haven't received any feedback I tried calling the calling the call centre with no success and sending emails still no response. The next thing they are going to say is that the debit order is over 40 days of wich its not my fault and they went again and debited the same debit order. What's going? This is not how clients should be treated
