FNB Life cover sucks

I have two policies with FNB for loss of income.

COVID19 created a scenario where i have TOTAL loss of income!!

I claimed on my policies and FNB with no evidence or contact just said sorry you have received income!!! I used up all my savings!!

The completely convincing sales people selling me the policy said that we would be taken care of in a time of need. It is end of June and still no payment or any sort of financial relief for COVID19 crisis from FNB!!

I have spoken to several consultants and used the app and online banking and phoned to NO AVAIL!!!

3 months with zero income and nothing from my loss of income protection policies. Way to go to ***** one of your most loyal customers FNB!!
