FNB LIFE COVER SERVICE- EMOTIONALLY DRAINING
I had contacted the call center for a force debit as they could not accept the request from the other bank to debit my account. After requested to the previous agent to do a force debit on the missed payment I was informed it can not be done and would need to change my direct debit date for the amount to be taken and then once taken change the direct debit again to the actual preferred date. After all that was done and banking details changed I called back two days later to confirm all details agent who assist me told me the force debit can actually be taken as this will need to be requested to their team leader. I then changed my direct debit again and requested for a force debit which I was told will be done on the 8th. I called a day after that after missed called and I was informed that the debit will be taken from the old account and not the new account I ahd changed to so I will need to ensure that the funds are available bear in mind from these agents I have spoken to I have been told three different amount to be debit which none of them really understand what is the actual amount needed to be collected. I am beyond exhausted with dealing with this bank and they are so frustrating with them always buzzing me and not calling me and when I call back I'm told the funeral service agent don't deal with life cover policies this has been so stressful and cause great inconvenience it's emotionally exhausting now and I had to transfer money to an account I no longer use so they debit that account till today the amount has not been debit and come month end they will do a double debit which I was trying to avoid so much. Honestly I don't know anymore what to do and calling doesn't help cause it seems all their agents don't deal with life covers unless I keep calling the wrong number *** which I got from the Fnb in gateway. I'm exhausted and emotionally drained I'm so worried should I die tomorrow will my kids have to go through all this just for their payout. My policy is in arrears and yet the funds are available and had to do immediate payment as this was a sudden rush thing to think I won't be reimbursed for all this havoc head inconvenience. You guys are truly emotionally draining.
