FNB life cover policy

So I've had ige cover with FNB for years now, I recently switched my bank account and notified FNB life however they haven't been debiting gor 2 months, now going for the third. I've even called and even had a chat with their consultant using the app, they promised to debit on the 24th of June but nothing... Now i get a msg notifying me that my policy will be cancelled if i don't make any payment....i cannot afford to lose my lige cover policy because of incompetence... Please assist
