FNB life cover plan

I am very disappointed with the life department. I took out a policy in 2013. In 2015 I ceded my bond to the policy. I called the call centre two weeks ago to advised that the bond has been paid up and the bond cession should be removed. Later on I received an sms of cancellation. “FNB Life :) FNB Life Cover plan NL***. We have cancelled the plan as per your request. Enquiries ***”. I called back - I was advised that it was cancel and they would investigate. I received a call today stating that I can’t re-instate my policy because there is no Bond. This policy was taken out way before my Bond. I spoke to 3 advisor, the don’t know the company process and procedure’s. I’m hoping the next advisor will not feed me with lies. Since when does one life policy gets cancelled when a Bond is freed?
