FNB Life Cover - Pathetic service

In February I switched to FNB from ABSA, because ABSA's fees has been extreme. Over 3 months ago, I did a quote for FNB Life Cover on the App. I was phoned basically right away and referred to an underwriter. My debit order was confirmed - amount and date, as well as the fact that my policy documents will be sent to me. Up until today I have received nothing and my life cover has not been finalized. I emailed to follow up - no response. I phoned numerous times and every time I get told the underwriter did not complete my application. When I am transferred to the underwriter they never pick up, I hold on for around 10 minutes, yet the only thing that answers is the recording of the voicemail.

I also contacted the consultant who helped us open our accounts, but still nothing...

I switched to FNB because I have heard good things about them, but I have been getting pathetic service from them! Very Unhappy!!!
