FNB Life Cover no Help what so ever

FNB Life the People working in This Dept is Completely Useless I have asked for Assistance with my Policy and One after the other have not helped .They don't know what Customer Service means . FNB should get Rid of the people who can't do there JoB . They should be reminded that the Clients Pay there Salary that no Favours are being done .
