Fnb life cover claim (don’t take a life cover with them)

Im Lionel Smanga Shabane Im a beneficiary at FNB LIFE COVER,i submitted my claim on the 12th of February 2021 but till today I’m told they’re investigating

It has gone up to a point where the SAPS took my phones and investigated them,finally they brought them back to me but still claim hasn’t been finalized…fnb should have paid me the 10% of the claim while investigating but because I’m black…nothing happened

An investigating officer wrote a letter to fnb few months ago stating that they couldn’t find any foul play in the matter and that they should proceed but all that was ignored The matter was then taken to another SAPS unit
