FNB Life Cover - an Absolute FAIL

I recently app**** and was approved for a home loan with FNB, on acceptance I also accepted their offered Life Cover at R30-00 - When sent to the attorneys I was informed that it was insufficient as there was no occupational disability - I have called on numerous occasions to have this corrected and I have sent numerous emails to have it corrected but no one gets back to me - I keep getting messages to say I will be assisted in 3 days - when I call to have it corrected they either have no clue what occupational disability is or how to add it on to the policy and keep transferring me from person to person none of which do anything to assist me. I'm confused as to how FNB can offer life cover to cover a bond that is with them and for it then to be insufficient? I have also gone as far as to take out far more extensive life cover with Brightrick which far exceeds FNB's life cover and seed the appropriate portion to FNB but apparently, that is not sufficient either. I'm at my wit's end at the complete and utter pathetic service offered by FNB, not to mention the lack of knowledge on a product which they sell???!!!! I went into the bank at Vredenburg and (Big Surprise) they were unable to assist either - didn't even make the slighted attempt to assist.
