FNB Life cover

Very disappointed in the way my claim has been declined. They approach me with the offer to assist with loss of income during the Lockdown period on FNB Life cover. Asked all documentation which I submitted. Just to hear that it was not approved. They create expectations and will look for any reason to decline. Why offer it at the first place?
