Fnb life cover

I had life cover with FNB, one of their consultant called me last year December and told me they are doing their annual checks.she changed my contact number and put our wrong numbers, not only that she also changed my email address so I don’t get any notification from fnb. I got hacked in January and as soon as i put my money in my bank card someone would use it and I didn’t know until the past saturday.i called ***** department and they cancelled my card and told me to get a new card. When i got to the bank today i hard to call the ***** department again to log a case,they told me that they can’t help as they don’t investigate cases older than 30days ! How professional can fnb staff get? I mean a whole ***** and they can’t assist?i feel like this is an inside job! FNB is a ****🚮🚮🚮
