FNB Life Claims - Worst service

Good day I got retrenched from my employer. A claim for my FNB life cover on my credit card which I had been paying for almost ten years was made after the retrenchment. The communication and documents required with the staff when phoning in was inconsistent and there was so much delay this has been taking over a month to resolve. I only received one call in the past month from the assessor. Much airtime and lots of frustration to have this escalated and get some feedback from their team. I do not recommend this for anyone as this is some of the worst services received and if I knew the tournament to go through this process, I would have never signed up.
